2650 mm Tissue Machine:

Capacity: up to 45 TPD, width on pope reel 2650 mm and maximum working speed 650 m/min.

Pressurized head box ESCHER WYSS slice width 2,700 mm, with pulsation absorption tank. Maximum flow: 27,000 l/min.

Wire part is not cantilever, built by Emua, with stainless steel foils, vacuum foils and suction boxes. It is composed by: 1 forming box, 6 foils, 2 vacuum foils and 5 suction boxes

Suction Couch cylinder is 650 mm diameter. Individually driven by a 40 h.p. DC motor.

Two-nip press section.

First nip is suction press roll against Yankee at 90/100 KN/m. New covering in 2005. Individually driven by a 200 hp DC motor.

And second nip is blind drilled press roll against yankee at 100 KN/m.

Yankee cylinder diameter 4.500 mm and 2.950 mm face width. Working pressure: 4 bar. Rectified in 2002. Individually driven by a 200 h.p. DC motor.

Aerothermic hood with 4 fans. Blown air heated with gas burners. Has heat recovery system. 2 doctor blades are in place. One creping doctor blade and one cleaning doctor blade.

Broke pulper Emua type JP 120, capacity 2 m3, with 60 h.p. motor

Gorostidi conventional pope reel with a 40 kw DC motor

4 Vacuum pumps: Safem and Nash, power 45 – 125 – 175 – 215 h.p.

Pumps

Machine has DC multimotor drive. With five attacking points: suction couch cylinder, turning roll, press 1, Yankee and pope reel.

Rewinder Pasaban, working width 2.750 mm, with 2 belt unwinding stands with regenerative brakes of 18,6 kw, 14 sliters, 65 h.p. single drive motor, maximum working speed 1.000 m/min, reel lowering table and reception.

Complete steam and condensate system:
