stainless steel pulper, charge 5400 kgs at a consistency of 15%, batch
operation, 20 minutes pulp time. Poire
reject pulper for plastic removal. The rejects are fed into a compactor. High
density cleaners, two stage, feeding Lamort CH 5 horizontal screens. Primary
cleaners are two CH-7 screens, stainless steel. Secondary
cleaner is a CH-5 screen, stainless steel. Rejects
screen is a CH-5 screen, stainless steel. Two
Lamort Gyroclean units for screen rejects, model type one. Two
Lamort de-inking cells in series. Fine
screens are: Primary
screens: two Lamort SPM-1200. Secondary
screen: Lamort SPM-800 Tertiary
screen: SPM-400 LD
cleaners: three stages, Celleco manufacture with two stage reject cleaners. Lamort

drum washer/thickeners by G.L&V, stainless steel. Two
Dispersion systems with pre-thickening screws and heating screw. Drum

clarifier: 50 ft diameter with two
air dissolving tubes. Hymac
wet lap press, 1400 mm wide, with sheeter and lay-by. After
de-inking, the pulp is cleaned in three stage horizontal pressure screens. Low
density cleaning by Berg RB 200 cleaners. When
fed back into the process, the de-ink bales are guillotined then fed into a
stainless low consistency pulper. Two
disc filters for pulp thickening. Two classifier screens for long and short fibre. |
