Machine has Measurex 2002: controlling moisture, ash, grammage and colour.

Machine DC drive is a modern sectional electric drive installed in 1990.

Beloit Walmsley paper machine, Fourdrinier type, 3120 mm deckle. Original year of manufacture 1952 with many rebuilds over the years. Basement design. Machine drive is on the R/H from the flowbox, speed 340 to 600 m/min.

Products: grammage range 45 to 140gsm, coated base papers, label base papers (coated one side), single coated papers and others. Current ranges coated base: 50 to 120 gsm and forms: grades 45 to 80 gsm.

3400 mm paper machine, Fourdrinier type, first started in 1964, last major rebuild was in 1999. Capacity: 170 TPD, Working Speed: max. 600 m/min, Basis Weight Range: 60 – 170 g/m², Paper Grade: one-side coated fine paper, poster paper, label paper, carbonless paper and coated technical papers.

3520 mm Board Machine: Capacity 75,000 tonnes/year Folding Boxboard , Built 1967 with numerous updates. Speed Range 100-200 metres/minute . Drive Speed 250 m/min Max With sheet , 300 m/min Max Without Sheet , Balance Speed 300+ m/min , Deckle Width Dry End 3520 mm.

4000 mm paper machine, 850 m/min, 475 t/day, 1989, 1999 and 2007 rebuilds. Production: coated sheets and reel papers.

Production 87000 t/year, deckle 4600 mm, speed 480 to 760 m/min, capable of 830 m/min, gsm range 35 to 90.  Production 10 to 12 t/hr at a speed range 400 to 750 m/min, producing an average grammage range of 42 to 79 gsm. At 54 gsm, production is 11.7 t/hr. The paper machine is of basement design. The paper machine was installed in 1969, rebuilt 1997.

4800 mm Beloit Walmsley Paper Machine: Fourdrinier type. Basement design. Rebuild in 1987. Production 85,000 t/year. Deckle 4800mm, production 10 to 12 t/hr, at 80 gsm production 12 t/hr, speed 340 to 600 m/min, gsm range 55 to 150. Typical papers produced: offset printing 60 to 150 gsm, copy laser papers 80 to 100 gsm and coating base papers 80 to 120 gsm.

5537 mm Paper Machine for Newsprint, production 200 t/ day, producing paper 35 - 80 gsm, Pussey and Jones manufacture in 1939 + rebuilds. Maximum design speed 600 m/min. Furnish used Softwood -100%, (28-48% semi–bleach kraft plus stone ground wood) and broke 15-20%.

Newsprint Paper Machine with deckle width 5700 mm, production 463 t/ day, manufactured by Beloit manufacture in 1976, many rebuilds. Speed 1300 m/min.

6273 mm paper machine for newsprint, production 330 t/day making newsprint of 44 – 55 gsm, from 1958 with further rebuilds. Speed 916 m/min. Furnish soft wood 100%, (33-36% kraft nd 64-67% stone ground wood) ash 1%.

20 Drying Cylinders, complete with frame. First section, 10 dryers are on Cooper split bearings, diameter 1371 mm x 2590 mm face, cylinder ends are all bolted, operating pressure is 30 psi. Open gear drive by C.I gears. After dryers 10 dryers, 1371mm diameter x four are 2454 mm face and other six are 2590 mm face and operating pressure is 30 psi.
